Deadline to order is Saturday at noon.  

Minimum order is $52.50.  There is no tax on our meals.

Individually packaged meals are delivered frozen on Thursday afternoons between 12-4pm (contact directly if time is not suitable).

We accept all methods of payment including cheques.

Microwave Instructions from Frozen:

Microwave powers vary & meals also vary regarding heating time. 

Test frequently to avoid over cooking.

When re-heating your meal from frozen:

Remove lid.

Heat on high for apx. 2 mins.
Remove meal from container & place on a more appropriate plate (or a bowl if it's soup).
Spread the food out to achieve even heating.
Microwave for apx. 2 more mins & test

If some parts are still frozen, microwave slightly longer until desired temperature is reached but be careful not to over cook.

Note:  If you plan ahead, the best method is to thaw your meal in the fridge prior to heating.  If thawing first, most meals re-heat in only 2 minutes, giving you less of a chance of overcooking.  For best results, re-heat on a more appropriate plate so food can be spread out.

Nathan & Michelle, a husband and wife team who love to cook (and eat)! 

We operate in a Class 5 kitchen and have safe food handling certification.

The seed was planted for this company when we were cooking meals for our Uncle who suffers from dementia. 

When his son made the following statement, we found our purpose and passion. He said, “I can tell you that my Dad has no idea who you are, but I can assure you, he senses your kindness”. 

From that moment on, we decided this is what we would like to do for other families in need.
